I am happy to announce that the Niagara Kendo Club will be resuming indoor Kendo training sessions at the Church of St. John the Evangelist (St. John’s Anglican Church), located at 12 Carleton St. South, Thorold. A map is below.
Kendo training sessions will be held Tuesday and Thursday evenings from 7:00 ~ 9:00 p.m. Due to Covid-19, there will be time set aside each practice for giving the floor a thorough cleaning before and after class, plus a cleaning of other high-touch areas within St. John’s.
For all current and any new students who plan to attend training sessions, please contact Chief Instructor Mark Kawabe to confirm attendance and receive information about the Covid-19 protocols we’ll be putting in place for the safety and comfort of our members and of the church’s members.
